Installed OK but wasn't recognized in windows
Required a system BIOS upgrade to get it recognized
Then terrible problems cloning the disk from old SATA to Revo SSD using Acronis software so that the revodrive bacame a bootable disk.
Took weeks to resolve and hours of time on support calls to Acronis but got it working in the end
Now I can shutdown and restart and login with everything loaded up at start-up in just over 60 seconds.
Programs load instantaneously

5.0 out of 5 stars Revodrive 3x2 480gb 10 Feb 2014
Size Name:480GB|Verified Purchase
I have been using this drive for over a year now as my primary drive. I run my operating system and all programmes through it. I have a WD 1TB raptor as my backup drive. It was reasonably easy to set up and run but you do need to be au fait with the sometimes involved intricacies of your BIOS, especially the boot procedures and options. However, as this is a very niche product anyone investing in this marvellous device will or should be aware of this. This drive has performed absolutely flawlessly and BIOS and firmware updates have caused me no grief. This drive is insanely fast!! Even a normal SSD seems slow by comparison ( built a system for a friend around a Vector SSD around same time).... Word is open almost as soon as you release the mouse click that's how fast in the real world. 480gb is big enough for the vast majority of people so buy this and you will not regret it. And did I mention just how fast this is?

4.0 out of 5 stars Stunning Speed 28 May 2012
Size Name:240GB|Verified Purchase
Using this with SQL 2005 databases on.

Queries that take 10 minutes on the PC's hard disks take less than 10 seconds when the database files are mounted on the card.

Gave problems when we used two of the cards and the software raid under windows 7.

Stick to one drive and the speed will blow your mind.

A restore of a 47gb databases was taking over 2 hours now down to 3 minutes !

Shame there are no Windows 2003R2 drivers at time of writing so we had to use Windows 7.
