Although this is a smart-looking bracket and fits my OCZ Vertex like a glove (as it should!), be sure before ordering it that it will work with your PC case. To elaborate, the length of the bracket is shorter than the standard 3.5 hard drive. This bracket is designed to be screwed into the drive cage of a case but what OCZ have not considered is that these days, many case manufacturers are are building their cases with hard drive cages that are designed with quick removal in mind; to this end, the width of the cage is wider than the width of a standard 3.5 hard drive, and special rails are proved by the manufacturer which have pegs that align with the screw holes in the drive. You simply push the drive and rails into the cage and they click into place. When you want to remove the drive, you squeeze the ends of the rails and out it comes, much quicker than having to unscrew the drive. Unfortunately, many of these drive rails are designed to fit the length of a standard 3.5 hard drive and not the newer, shorter SSD drives, so the rails will not fit this particular bracket. I have a Corsair Obsidian 800D case which works in such a fashion and unfortunately this bracket will not work with the case. As long as your case has a hard drive cage that expects the drive to be screwed to it, this bracket is fine.
