About the Author
Dr Jill Swale is the Thinking and Teaching Strategies Coordinator at Kendrick School, Reading. In 2005, Kendrick received the Good Schools Guide award as the selective state school for girls with the best results nationwide for AS Critical Thinking. Jill was Study Skills Leading Professional for Reading LEA for 2 years, and frequently runs workshops on teaching methods and critical thinking. Jill has over 20 years' experience teaching in different types of schools, and also teaches sociology, English, citizenship and thinking skills.

exactly what i wanted, helps me with all work i'm doing on the course at the moment. doesn't help with work i haven't done yet, you have to have learnt it before you can use this book. got lots of exam practice and examples included. this is a good buy to go with the ocr textbook for critical thinking
