If your instructor is doing his/her job, you should not need this CD. What is not clear from the decription is that the product contains absolutely no test to check understanding - it's a series of lectures about night flying.
If you are addicted to sitting in front of a PC, it may be ok. Otherwise, read the notes in Trevor Thom's book 5 and listen to your instructor!
