Product Description

Cher Mathieu, cher Thomas,

Pourquoi ? J’avais honte ? Peur qu’on me plaigne ?

Superb read, which gave true insight into the joys and frustrations of having two children with very special needs. Easy to read in French and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys reading French or who wants to improve French reading skills.

5.0 out of 5 stars A funny book about a very serious subject 16 Jun 2013
By Baba - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
This is a fast read; the French is easy, except for the slang. Fournier takes an unconventional approach to life and bares his soul with wit and honesty.
4.0 out of 5 stars Love letter to handicapped sons by a loving father 19 Mar 2013
By Dean Casey - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Mass Market Paperback|Verified Purchase
This was a somewhat unusual small book - made up of short vignettes about the author's two handicapped sons. It was billed as a "love letter", but was more and less than that - often deviating into somewhat severe views of his sons' handicaps. Not sure the author really knew what he wanted the book to be. Nevertheless, it was worth the read.
