Nytol One a Night 50mg - 16 caplets packI have suffered from poor nights sleep for many years,I have tried all of the doctors suggestions, but they just leave me feeling groggy,Nytol one a night has changed that, maybe once a week I take one just before bed,and I drop off just like that,I get a full nights sleep, and feel great in the morning. I would recommend this product to anyone who suffers the way I used to.

They don't put you to sleep but make you feel drowsy and hence aid your path to sleep.

Disappointing

Does it really work?
