If you're interested in this, you are probably very familiar with the original soundtracks.
If so, you need to know that the re-recordings here sound horribly wrong because they are noticeably different without being better.
To pick three of my favourites: Car Crash (from A Zed and Two Noughts) is played too quickly, while Time Lapse (ditto) is too slow. Memorial (from The Cook, The Thief, His Wife and Her Lover) has the violins sounding too thin. For the Draughtsman Contract's trio, An Eye for Optical Theory is rushed, as is Queen of the Night, while Chasing Sheep.. is different but tolerable. It might even be an improvement, but that's just one track.
I've seen the Michael Nyman Band live numerous times, including several premières of the pieces here, and enjoyed it thoroughly each time. Maybe hearing them live makes a difference...
In any case, listen before you buy!
