Hey, guess what, just like 90% of the playstation population who have tried to change the hardrive i have gone and stripped the blue screw. Now any help would be appreciated as im getting fairly bored of emailing sony every day; it's almost a ritual.... so yeah, which screw drivers? how to remove that god damned stripped screw? and thanks much :|

Had exactly the same problem. Give sony careline a ring on 08705 998877, explain that the screws are impossible to remove and they will send you a replacement hard drive caddy (the metal bit the hard drive sits in) 4 new screws for the caddy and the blue screw. You need to use a crosshead screwdriver. Once the screw is stripped they are pretty much impossible to remove.
