Arrived promptly. I like the clear display of info. I work in a surgery and shall be getting another to put up. It is clear enough for children to understand.

This is a really pretty wall chart that outlines very helpfully where you can get all your nutrients without meat or dairy. Who knew curly kale is such a star!?

5.0 out of 5 stars Informative and colourful 19 Mar 2012

This chart is fantastic - it's informative and so colourful it will cheer up wherever you put it. A friend showed me her chart and I went straight home to order one for myself. It's nothing revolutionary in terms of nutrition but it does act as a useful cheery reminder of what foods are doing what and what foods you may want to eat more of to get certain nutrients.
The other reviews are right - the hand drawn pictures and hand written text is such a personalised touch. It's a nice change to all this obsession with cookbook that are about big business and complicated cooking. I'd never heard of Liz Cook before but I'm now tempted to get the cooking book and other charts too.
