These seeds are very good. I was expecting a white seed but it was brown/black. I added to my son's oatmeal and he's noticed the black dots. Other than that, taste and consistency are as expected. Would buy again.

Arrived in good time and as described. Dont have a strong taste, hard to know really if they have the health benefits as described but very easy to incorporate into diet so cant do any harm!
