I bought Paperport 9 a couple of months ago and while the product does its job well you only discover after you have bought it that it ONLY works propery if you have Omnipage 11 or higher as well. I was lucky, I did. But for others there is an on cost of over £100. When I tried to find out whether this was a problem with Paperport 10 I hit a stone wall. ScanSoft do not know what help is. Buy this product at your own risk. It may work on its own, or you may have to pay double to get it to work. I have spent a couple of weeks of trying to find out but I still don't know because the manufacturers do not read my e-mails an their robot responders do not answer questions. If you buy this you may be making an expensive mistake. You have been warned.
