The perspex cooking dome on my oven cracked 32 days after purchase. No problems with getting a replacement as the suppliers told me, "We know customers who have used them for 2 to 3 years without problems but we also know customers like yourself where the dome has cracked within a month of purchase." I decided to get a refund as any replacement would be prone to the same problems. It is an excellent cooker which does all that it claims to do. I cooked roasts, chops, bacon, sausages, Yorkshire puds, cakes and scones, and they all turned out perfect. Stuffed roast chicken was better than from my conventional oven. All in all, a great product marred by a faulty component.

This item was an emergency replacement to my main oven.Which gave up 20 days before christmas.It performed as promised, economical with power tasty food etc.
However the infra red power cracked the dome which renders it useless.The fan keeps cutting out.
After various attempts to contact customer service provided on back of the guarantee. The seller doesnt want to know neither does the manufacturer.The emails come bouncing back.
Pity its a good product but with after sales service like this why bother.

I really like this, I cook all of my food in it now and it always tastes great, after work I don't have loads of time to prepare food and not wanting to have to nuke my dinner in the microwave this is the perfect answer. I have done whole chickens and fish in it and it always comes out perfect plus all the fats and oils drain away. The controls are idiot proof, you just type in how long it should cook for, press the button and of it goes, it even comes with a book telling you all the cooking times!
