This is album is a classic. It's the kind of album that by the end of it,you feel as though you've been on a journey. Starting off with a 'courtroom' style interlude accusing Kirk of being a secular artist, it givesyou an idea of what you're about to hear, which is no ordinary gospelalbum. There's an uptempo start with 'Revolution', a stomping trackgetting you're pulse racing and your mind thinking. Once you're wide awakewe slip into the beautiful 'Lean on me' and smoothly through until we getto 'Praise Joint' which is another upbeat, toe tapping, as the titlesuggests, praise joint. We then slow down again for the classic 'Hold menow' and continue in the same vain. Featuring guest appearances from RKelly, Mary J Blige, Bono and the gospel legend Fred Hammond. Kirk putshis message across well and lets you know that you can always turn to God,that He's 'never too busy'. I recommend this for everyone, whether you'rea christian who likes R&B tinged gospel, someone who's curious as to 'whatit's all about' or just someone who likes good music. This really is oneof those rare albums that you can listen to all the way through withoutthe need to skip any 'filler' tracks. Buy this album, you won't regret it!
