Good dance dvd as I was looking for an alternative to pump it up etc for less cheese. You do sweat alot but have fun at the same time, I would say you definatley need to be rather coordinated and into dance as the routines are verygood. The dancers are established in their own right, ie gem worked with Take That, Alexandra Burke, JLS etc and they all bring something good but different to the workouts.

The only critism is that a few of the moves aren't explained intime for the change of exercise and go very fast and that there are 2 abs workouts one short length and the 2nd is longer which could have been combining really. Overall though I really enjoyed sweating and dancing my butt off to this workout, I liked that fact all the members teach a section and with practice all moves can be done well. Gonna be using it alot for weight loss!
Would recommend:)

4.0 out of 5 stars Great tunes! 6 Jan 2012
Format:DVD
I bought this because I wanted something fun to work out to and it really is quite different to the work-out DVDs I've tried before. The music is great, its fun and there loads of different sections on it such as toning etc. The only down side is that I found some of the moves difficult to copy as the dancers don't really explain it properly so I think it will take a couple of times watching it to pick it up correctly. Its also quite fast paced so I would recommend it more for people that are already reasonably fit.

5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant tunes, Brilliant moves 13 Jan 2012
By Rachel
Format:DVD
This workout was far better than i expected. The tunes are great. The moves are really fun to do and easy once picked up which means doing the dvd more than a couple of times a week just so you can pick them up.I am no dancer and picked then up in no time though you do need a bit of co-ordination.Best thing also once picked up can have the instructions off and just turn it up and dance and sweat those pounds away.Aching a lot for about 3 days after the first time doing this dvd especially around the waist and abs, even around the back of the waist.haven't done a workout where i have ached in the places that are the hardest to tone. The title is exactly RIGHT.Thats what i call fitness.Overall it's quite sweaty and could probably do with a bit longer in the stretching and cooling section as you feel like you need it and will ache but other than that can't fault it.Happy Dancing.I will be for weeks:)

5.0 out of 5 stars Something different..
I regularly use work out DVDs and bought this to try something a bit different. It's fun, easy to pick up and you can tailor your workouts to fit your standard. Highly recommended!

3.0 out of 5 stars Good but you definitely need to be able to dance
A great workout but you definitely need to know abit about how to dance - and some of the instructors are better at explaining what to do than others. Read more
