I could not believe my eyes when I saw this arrive - it truly was just a flimsy bit of cardboard. Amazon packaging is more sturdy than this. Do not buy unless you are prepared to be disappointed.

I bought this for a colleague who sits only a few metres away from me in the office, so i see the coaster a lot and have asked them what they think and they said "It's a very solid bit of cork, with a good plastic thing on top and the glue hasn't lifted or anything!". I agree, it's better than most of the other coasters we bought for the office. Feels very solid, and doesn't seem to wear or fade easily.
