I spent ages trying to find a high quality multivitamin that did what it was supposed to, and I think I've found it with this gem. After spending alot of time reading trying to understand food and nutrition over the past few years, I found that the human body can only absorb vitamins and minerals when they are in certain bio-available forms, which the body can digest and put to use. A lot of multivitamins don't and are simply glorified placebos full of preservatives and additives. Now Foods Adam as far as I can find is one of the only multivitamins on the market which has superb quantities of every nutrient, in a form your body can actually assimilate and digest, with no added ingredients. Everything is from natural sources, it is a vegetarian/vegan tablet.
There are super amounts of Vitamin A, C, D, E, K, all the B Vitamins, as well as calcium, magnesium, zinc and every other mineral. There are also extracts of herbs like Kelp, Gingko Biloba, CoQ10 and others. It seems as though the company behind it have put alot of effort and thought into making a perfect all-in-one.
I spent ages scouring the internet for a multivitamin that did its job properly, and this is the only one I found that does its job perfect. The only possibility of a problem arises with the size of the pill, I haven't had any trouble with it and it's always gone down first time easy with a drink, but if you're uneasy with swallowing tablets, it is quite large.
EDIT: MAJOR POINT HERE. There are TWO different versions of the ADAM multivitamin, it is very easy not to notice the difference when buying. They both share the long title (packaging style too), but one has the word "superior" sneaked in, and the other one doesn't. I was confused at first but they are two completely different multivitamins. The unsuperior one isn't bad, but it isn't vegan (or vegetarian), doesn't contain overall as much good stuff and tends to use cheaper alternatives where it can. Not bad by any means, but the quality is less.
