I am disappointed because this product contains silicon dioxide, known to cause kidney dysfunction and neurological problems. I chose this product because I have used other NoW products like Egg Protein and Pea Protein which are very satisfactory. I do not understand why they feel the need to use this and other ingredients like titanium dioxide in products, knowing they can cause harm. I searched for the ingredients in this product but did not find it listed and not seeing it, I made the purchase anyway based on my experience with the other products.

I returned the product. Nature and Herbs was very good about responding to my request to return the product. They also shipped me the item in a very short time and it was sufficiently packaged. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

its exactly how it describes. I'm not sure how effective it is compared to other potassium iodide products that may be more expensive. But i guess potassium iodide is potassium iodide
