As most people probably know, if you want to have a strong bones you need to have magnesium in your diet - as it is necessary to for transporting calcium to your bones (obviously it also has many other benefits, but for me, this was the main one).
I've been using those for the past few months and they are quite good. The only "issue" that I have is that the dosage (as one capsule) is probably slightly on the high side (however, since it was my personal choice to go for 400mg capsules, it shouldn't be seen as a negative part of the review). It would be probably better to split that dosage into two different capsules, as a high dosage of magnesium in one go can cause diarrhoea (I think in my case, 400mg is "on the border" of that dosage - anything more, like 500-600mg would probably be too much). I would suggest starting with something like 100-200mg, just to test your body response and increase the dosage later, according to your needs.
The other point to remember is that low and high protein intake inhibit magnesium absorption, and because of that, it's probably better to take it on an empty stomach at night or just before going to bed -> which is exactly what I've been doing (obviously there is no point of taking it after a large, protein-rich, meal).
In overall: a good product with a fast delivery time
