I ordered the "brain-elevate" supplement to take in combination with other supplements. I haven't found it to have a particularly noticeable effect on my cognitive abilities, but I have only been taking 1 capsule/day, so I might try a higher dosage to see what happens then. I would recommend trying it out for yourself, but don't expect miraculous results.

When I take Brain Elevate daily, I have fewer headaches. Also, this does not give me a bad aftertaste, or cause me to "burp" the flavor like some herbs in Vcaps.
