There is a famous rock band called "U2." This product is "B-2." Both can be enjoyed and have their own merits. But you should not listen to U2 if you need riboflavin and expect to have the deficiency remedied. If you take this product, you will find that it is a quality supplement at a reasonable price. It does not, however, play the guitar well. Thank you.
