AHCC is helping me to keep my cancer numbers down from Ovarian Cancer for 10 months now. My Oncologist is amazed. I usually order the 750mg, but since my numbers have risen so slowly I decided to drop to the 500mg. The great thing about that is that if I need to jump back up I can by taking 3 capsules instead of 2. I take them twice a day on an empty stomach along with avoiding all white flour or white rice foods & increasing my fruit & veggies.

I take 2 caplets when I have been exposed to a virus or other "bug". Keeps me healthy. Take medicinal muchrooms on other days (cheaper - and a big immune booster too). Husband doing well on chemo with addition of AHCC.
