Product Description

At last, a revolutionary method to discover your style type and edit your wardrobe to project your most confident self!

Getting Things Done meets What Not to Wear in this stylish cure for the common closet, based on the five-step process that has made Visual Therapy™ a hit for over ten years with fashion editors and clients alike. In the book, Visual Therapy founders Garza and Lupo walk readers through the process of identifying their natural style (how their fashion "personality" aligns with the image they want to portray), then helps them perform a "love it or leave it" examination of their wardrobe, eliminating the out-of-date, too-tight, too-loose clutter, and reestablishing an authentic sense of style—getting them into their clothes and out of the house looking and feeling like a million bucks.

I had a wardrobe full of clothes but was wearing the same few things everyday and feeling fed up. The book is a work book with quizzes to help you find your style. After a get real guided wardrobe edit, and following the steps through the chapters, a miracle has happened. Without buying any new clothes I have 85 outfit combinations! Amazing. This is a life changing book.

I'm an avid reader of this kind of book - and this is the best by a long way. I learned that my style is not "classic" but "chic/whimsical" and it has changed the way I look at my wardrobe and has helped me better to understand why I dress the way I do and the image I'm trying to portray by my own personal style. An excellent book!

Did make me think objectively about my wardrobe. Shame the authors are American as I did feel alienated by all the references to walk-in-wardrobes, not a luxury for many of us here in Britain. I was also disappointed that having completed the quizzes and discovered my true style as Bohemian there was then very little in the way of advice for me. I felt that the book focused largely on women working in an office environment. On a positive note I am more focused and confident when shopping for clothes.

Also nothing to read
The problem with this kind of books is that there are all the same. If u read one of them you have almost read them all. So, buy and read only one of them.

Two stars at a stretch
Wish I had paid attention to the one star review.
The pictures are drawings bar one rather old fashioned looking photograph of someone's mum. The suggestions are so dreary. Read more

Not good at all
It doesn't say nothing really new and doesn't give any tips that solve your wardrobe drama.
It might be good only if you really don't have a clue

This is a brilliant book. It helped me define my style and then clear all the clothes that don't suit me out of my wardrobe. Read more
