This is an excellent book which will easily assist you in surviving your exams. W.B. Yeats as a Romantic Poet can be very difficult to understand. Also he makes several references to his friends who not everyone will recognise as their high profile names died with them. This book however without giving you all the answers and meanings comes very close and also tells you who Yeats is talking about when he says "It's with O'Leary in the grave" This book will help anyone get an A in their Yeats essays. An excellent book with most of Yeats' poems covered.

I bought this as a guide for my As Level English Literature exam preparation. The notes are really helpful and allow you to come to your own conclusion about the poem but also give you information. In places it seems like there could have been more notes given but it definately helped me out.
