5.0 out of 5 stars this book is brilliant!!!!! 17 Mar 2012
Format:Hardcover
Not A Toy is a brilliant book, well worth the cash. It rammed with great images, humour, humanity, inventiveness, ingeniousness, fun, intelligence, insight, exploration! The writing at the start is also a great read. I am enjoying this book very much. It's a useful and exciting resource for any creative person, and for anyone, in fact. It's great company.

By Paul d'Orleans - Published on Amazon.com

'Not a Toy' is an amazing compilation of designers working on the far edges of fashion/performance, with an intelligent discussion of the work and its mox of cultural influences, and concerns with gender, identity, display, comfort, normalcy, and expressoin. A unique and inspiring subjet matter for anyone interested in deeper quesitons about fashion.
