After waiting 14 days for this product to arrive, it turned up in an over packaged box, with a sticker on the front saying "no software included" all that is inside the box is a form that you need to send to symantec to prove your student identity and they will send you the software CD. On the form it states this it could take up to 21 days!
On this Amazon page it CLEARLY states "box contents - Norton 2008 Software
& Installation CD" so imagine my disappointment at receiving an empty box!
It is understandable symantec needs to check student identity, but surely this would be much quicker to do online. I am not very happy, as there was no mention of this on Amazon, and I was not warned, this is now going to take me approximately 5 weeks to receive this product.
On this Amazon page it CLEARLY states "box contents - Norton 2008 Software
& Installation CD" so imagine my disappointment at receiving an empty box!

As Luke has already said, there is no software in this box. I see Amazon have now added a note saying this is the case, but that's no use to me now! I'm still waiting for my product from Norton, and it's been more than 21 days. Would have been better off buying the full product that's now reduced in all the shops for christmas!
