This Norton 2008 came new in the box, but, apparently Norton has made this version of of it's antivirus extinct already(they are greedy, I guess) I am using XP Pro, and it won't let me do individual file scans, just prompting me to pay more money for the newest version. Very disappointed. Waste of money. Going back to AVG and Housecall online antivirus(both free)
Norton are getting less intrusive. This is definitely better than previous versions.

A very good product and i like that it runs from the cd first meaning that no nasty virus can infect on loading making it invisable to the antivirus so you get the lot.
