I was a little unsure of the sizing because I seem to be in the middle of the two (size 12). In the end I went for the smaller size and they are really comfortable and wash well. You can wear them early on in pregnancy as the band will sit over your tummy but as you expand then the band stretches and sits under your bump (I can't stand anything tight over my bump, to me it feels all wrong). I had to buy another pair because I seem to wear them all the time, especially as this pregnancy I feel very uncomfortable in jeans. I am sure I will continue to wear these post pregnancy too...
