I have been an orange account customer for over 15 years and I have never had a phone the performs so badly the signal disapears all the time, the touch screen plays up, and to be quite honest it is the biggest load of garbage I have ever had.
To give Orange their due, after 9 months they have offered to take back the phone and replace it with one that works hopefully

i bought this phone with a contract as it was good value but the battery life is very short and the touch screen keeps playing up so I cant open up when people phoned me and though I readjusted the screen as recommended it was still a disaster/is still a disaster. Not a good phone unless you just want something slim that looks good.
