I have had this item for six months now and I find it robust, I am a truck driver and do not keep the same truck, so it is stuck and unstuck to a different wind screen everyday.It stays stuck and has never fallen off, it also keeps the phone steady even when I am bouncing about in the truck, although it is a bit bulky it is very easy to cart around with you. You can release the phone quite quickly and put it back on the mount with one hand. It also will adjust for just about any angle.

I have used this in my motorhome and it performed effortlessly despite all the bumps and shakes. The cradle grips the phone securely but has a quick release button. The windscreen suction pad hods the cradle firmly without slipping. Good product. You will of course need a hands free speaker device also. (See my other reviews)
This phone holder does it's job perfectly. It holds most phones (all those by nokia) very well without scratching them.
What I like most about it is that it does not 'bounce' up and down whilst driving and stays firmly on the windscreen.
Another great thing is that it doesn't make any noise ie creaking or anything.
This may not be important to some, but I like peace and quiet whilst driving and some mounts do make terribly annoying clicking noises which this does not.
The only thing I would say is not too great is that you need a screw driver if you want to mount your phone in landscape mode. That is my only gripe.
Other than that a great device that does its job perfectly.

Nokia easy mount hh-12+CR-39
This robust unit holds my N900 and throughout the winter in very cold conditions has stayed on the windscreen, easy to fit and position. It does what it is supposed too.
