I've had a few mobile phone holders like this over the years but they've all rapidly become unreliable, with the phone just falling off the windscreen after a while.
I bought this for my iPhone 4, which has the same dimensions as the Nokia E72, which is one of the phones Nokia themselves recommend this holder for. It allows me to firmly and safely dock the iPhone in the windscreen and, most importantly, it allows it to stay in it's "bumper" case, which most of the iPhone holders don't allow. Apart from keeping the iPhone free of marks, it also avoids the hassle of having to remove the case every time you want to use it in the car.
This is also much better than any of the others I've used for other phones, because it is decent quality, despite the price, and it has a short stalk. This means that it is really stable. Many of the others have really long stalks and this puts more leverage on the suction cap, which is perhaps why they seem so fall off a lot.
The short stalk does mean that it's a little bit of a stretch to operate the device once mounted, but it's not a big deal.
I bought this purely because I'd used the CR-117 for my previous phone, a Nokia N97 Mini, and that holder was fantastic. I could see from the pictures that this one has exactly the same windscreen mounting so I went for it and don't regret it.
Lastly, it leaves all the buttons and docks free so that you can charge whilst driving - and you can also rotate the holder to use the phone in landscape mode.
Highly recommended for any phone, not just Nokias - just compare the dimensions of your one handset with those recommended by Nokia on their own website.

I've tried many holder for my cell,and this is absolutely the best.You can orient the phone in any way very easily.The suction is very strong, I have another one mounted in my car for more than a year.It is very compact so it doesn't suffer from vibration like other holders with long neck.

I bought this in November for my N8, attached it to my car and it literally only fell off for the first time a couple of weeks ago. It's a very well made product and the suction to the windscreen is truly astonishing.
Unfortunately, I bought this for my Nokia N8 and I'll admit I bought the wrong one and should have spent more. The CR-122, despite costing twice as much, is probably the one more suitable for the size of the N8. While the CR-115 holder is secure to the windscreen, the N8 itself feels unsafe in the holder and if you press the side grippers hard enough you usually activate the camera function!
Overall, it's okay for the odd short trip, but if you own the N8 or a phone of equivalent size, I'd say go for the larger CR-122.
