If you are buying this item from AV Seller, then you are being cheated, defrauded, stolen from. The item listed is clearly a product made by Nokia, even the image is of the Nokia CA-101. However, these scam artists will send you a cheap poor quality third-party copy. This is totally against Amazon Terms and Conditions; Amazon describes this as being 'materially different from described'. The item you are sold must be 100% identical to the item being listed, i.e. it must be an item manufactured by Nokia and must be the CA-101 cable and no other. Any comments they place to say it is a so-called OEM item is irrelevant; the relevant description is the one where the listings appear.
If you have ordered this item and received a cheap copy, then I urge you to make an A-Z Guarantee Claim with Amazon on the basis that the goods are 'materially different from described'. Amazon will find in your favour, you will be fully refunded and you don't have to return the item as these con artists tried to scam you. Don't fall for their trick of asking you to return it at your cost; this will mean you paying about the same as the product an item that was deliberately mis-sold to you.
They are making a fortune by selling thousands of these products worth a few pence, mis-representing them as being genuine products. They know when you complain to them they will ask you to return at your own cost and that you will not bother. Well it's time we hounded cheats out of Amazon Marketplace, make a A-Z Guarantee Claim as this is your right and it is an easy thing to do.
