As its very hard to find a phone that is not touch screen i thought this phone woukd be ideal,great syle there is some set backs,it does not have any settings to adjust time on your screen light so it dims in about 20 seconds,which is annoying, you cannot lock any messages,volume is not very loud compared to other phones,Ihad it 3 wks & developed lots of faults it kept crashing, it was a soft ware problem .I emailed amzon to explain the situation within hrs a brand new mobile was dispatched.FANTASTIC SERVICE FRON AMAZON.

A nice looking phone from Nokia with some good features. However be aware this does not take 3G sims which I subsequently discovered so had to return it.
