Good points:
* Good screen
* Nokia so easy to use
* Reasonable camera
* Bluetooth
* MP3 player
* FM radio

Bad points:
* Poor battery life - lasts me 4 days absolute max & I'm not a heavy user
* Some buttons very small & fiddly to use
* Glossy finish scratches very easily
* Horrible selection of ring tones supplied
* Ringing & message tones not loud enough

Summary:
Disappointing battery life and easy to miss calls because ringing is not loud enough. This is a very average phone. There are much better ones out there for the price.
