The battery I received arrived in good time and seems to work fine but is not a genuine Nokia battery as the advert and accompanying image seem to suggest. The image clearly shows a 'Nokia' battery 'Made in Japan', the one sent to me does not and is 'Made in China'.
This item may turn out to be a good value replacement for the original, time will tell, but I found the advert to be misleading.

That'll teach me to buy something really cheap.
The purchased battery wasn't in a sealed bag, so might have been 'previously enjoyed'... and it lost its charge faster than the phone's original battery - and, once it was flat, it died completely.
They posted me a replacement very quickly, after I sent an email; the second replacement is marginally better than my original one... I'm uncertain whether the replacement is also a 'used' battery, also having arrived in an unsealed bag.
Speedy after-sales service, but perhaps better to ensure that you pay more for a genuine, new, battery.

It is doubtful that the battery is a genuine Nokia product even though it purports to be one, as it is giving only about an hour's talk time even after full charge. In short, I am disappointed at the quality of this product.

Perfect
Genuine Nokia battery, ordered on 1/9, shipped on 2/9, arrived on 3/9. What more could I ask for? My old 7210 is now working perfectly.

Item was not new!
This item could not have been new - it holds its charge for less than a day but not worth the postage to complain. I will not buy from them again.
