The battery was not used but it had been in the package for three years. Lithium battery ages even when not used. Three years is near the end of lithium batterys lifespan.

The delivery was excellent. The battery, however, was as good as what I could get in a dodgy shop selling second hand computer accessories. The battery charges quickly but also goes flat in less than 18 hrs. I can only presume that it is an old battery which has been on the shelf for sometime. In short, I was disappointed.
