Nokia Replacement BL-5C Battery from FoneM8 came in a small clear plastic sellotaped bag and not in the Retail Packaging as advertised on this page at time of order. The battery also had scratches on it, and it appears to be used! It does not hold as good a charge as a new 'genuine' Nokia battery should. Not a happy customer, but it's not worth returning it due to postage costs of return & replacement. I would not purchase from FoneM8 again.

I was going to buy from here although I considered 'postage and packing' for such a small thing was a bit steep at £4.50 but c'est la vie. So I thought, as my daughter also has a Nokia, I'll order two but, guess what, P&P goes up to a whopping £9.00 for the two items, even though I presume they come in the same Jiffy bag. This sort of rip-off gives buying online a bad name. I'll go elsewhere.

Excessive postage charges for four batteries,

I went to buy four batteries from this seller. The total for the batteries was under two pounds. The postage charges were over fifteen pounds. For items that can fit through a letter box is a small jiffy bag, I considered this to be excessive
