Contrarily to what is visible on the product photo, the battery is not even labelled "nokia" nor is there any hologram to authentify it.

Bit miffed as this new one is inferior to my old battery, may be me, but it doesnt hold charge, I'm going back to use my old one.

OK, they're cheap, but I have doubts they are genuine. The hologram looks different, and the print is of a different size. I wouldn't mind but, without using the phone, the battery was flat in 48hrs. Tried after a recharge - just the same. You get what you pay for, I suppose!
