The product is compact and lightweight. It fits comfortably in my ear. Easy to connect/pair up with the phone and has gone a considerable time without charging (for me a week at a time).
I have fitted the piece of equipment that can fix it around the top of the ear, just plug and play. Would recommend it as it's worked perfectly since purchase (a few months).

I ordered this item on Thursday pm and it was delivered early on Saturday morning. That's service! The item itself is just as described - it's small, neat and easy to use. It paired with my Nokia phone immediately and the sound quality is absolutely fine. A good product at a very reasonable price. And I don't need the 'hook' over my ear.

I was dubious about purchaing this headset. Having had it and used it for sometime now I can not fault it only praise it. Does everything it says. Very pleased with it!
