The main feature of this lower end phone (GSM 900/1800MHz) is its ability to use 2 sims at the same time. It also supports 2G data so you could check your emails or browsing the internet with its nokia web browser but it is slow compared to 3G and 4G technologies. It has bluetooth built-in.

It has a micro-USB connector, a headset connector and a 2.0mm charger connector. Included in the box is a charger and headphones but no micro-USB cable. There's a keylock button on the side of the phone. The first sim goes inside under the battery and rear plastic cover while the second sim is slotted in at the side of the phone and is hot-swappable. The phone supports up to 32GB MicroSD cards but it is not necessary to have one in the phone for it to work. You would need a microSD card if you want more storage for music, photos, etc. as the built-in phone memory (64MB) is quite small and mostly used up already.

The built-in 2MP camera has no flash and no cover to keep the dirt off the lens, its shutter is operated using the touchscreen. The quality of the photos are a bit disappointing and required good lighting to produce acceptable photos. There is also basic video recording at 176x144 pixels.

The touchscreen responds reasonably well for such a basic model. The Nokia OS user interface is fairly basic and straight forward but like all new things you still need to get used to it. It is reasonably easy enough to use without constantly refering to the manual. You can find the standard nokia os features such as mp3 player, FM radio, voice recording, calender, alarm, etc. included.

A negative is that there is no option to set different tones for each sim so you have to look at the display to know which one is receiving a call.

I wanted a dual SIM cheap handset with a good battery lifetime and this handset is perfect. I only use the handset as a back up if my iphone battery is drained and for my work SIM when I am abroad. It is bit weird going back to Nokia but having read many reviews about the non branded Android dual SIM I opted to go for this one instead because the android ones lack instability and comes with 2 batteries.

For me it was important to share the same contact list on both my Nokia and iphone. So the only annoying thing about this nokia handset is that if you want to copy your contact list from any smart phone to this handset you will have to download Nokia OVI suite software (itune-like) from Nokia to manage your phone(will be discontinued and no support for other Operating systems e.g. Mac or Linux), export your contacts from your phone to an MS Outlook or Windows contact app then use the ovi suit to sync your contact list with this handset. Contact transfer via Bluetooth only works if your previous handset is Nokia. It took me an hour to do this but now it works well.

This is a tricky one to review for me as any phone that only costs £50 is not going to blow your socks off. The main reason for buying this phone is so that I can have my personal and work SIMs in the same phone using different networks and hence not having to carry two phones around. For that basic requirement I would give the phone 4.5 out of 5 with the only minor issue being not being able to identify which call the SIM is coming in on without looking at the display (as you cannot assign different ring tones or profiles to different SIMs).

The phone is very easy to use and you can set up preferences for which SIM to use for texts, phone calls etc or set it so that it prompts you for which SIM to use every time.

The two main negative issues I have the phone is that its construction, and feel, is very plastic and the scroll action is very heavy; I thought it was not working first of all as I was using a finger pressure that you would use on an tablet and you need to press about five time heavier for the phone to pick up your gesture. However, as I said, this is a £50 phone not a £400 tablet so you have to accept that.

All in all I would say that this is definitely worth buying if your priority for buying is dual SIM.

reasonably priced easy to use, went back to Nokia after two failed Samsung models, will have to get used to the Nokia set up but seems very straight forward at the moment.

Having received the phone just a couple of days ago I have installed work and personal sims so can keep in contact (phone + email) via one simple unit; have backed everything up on a micro SD card with bags of room left for photos and more music than I will probably have time to listen to. Also have easily synced with outlook and google calendar which then keeps me up to date with my iPad.

It maybe a backward step from a smart phone, but for a very modestly priced 'sim only' deal, and real BUTTONS that don't disappear in the middle of doing stuff - that's good enough for me.

I travel overseas from time to time and being able to put a non-UK sim into the second slot without having to remove the back cover and battery.. what more can I say?

For the price - very good value.

I got this for my wife, so that she could have both her numbers on one device and always use a Bluetooth when talking on the phone. At first she was a bit intimidated by it and thought that she would have to do quite some studying to figure out how to use it. But now she can't imagine living without it.

The main characteristic that will give you some trouble at the beginning is that some key elements (as for example scrolling the contacts) can only be done through the touch screen interface, and that takes some getting used to. In every other aspect this has proven to be a great great phone.
