1 Complete & sign the supplied Vodafone agreement form
2 Remember to include Direct Debit details
3 Enclose photocopies of selected proofs. Please see below for details
4 IMPORTANT - Please complete IMEI section. This 15 digit number can be found on the side of the box
5 Please send two copies of the contract, retaining the pink copy for your records
6 Send to Vodafone Mobile Business Promotion in the enclosed envelope
Assuming you do not exercise your right to disconnect within 14 days of connection, you will
receive your money back typically within 5 weeks of the connection date.
