Item arrived quick enough but wasn't as described - tried to get a refund and was refused, did eventually (after more than a month) get the same phone back again (this time unlocked). Was not even the stainless steel (silver) promised. To be honest it was a poor purchasing experience and I'd recommend it to no-one.
