A great piece of kit!, 13 Jul 2006
ive owned this product for about a month now so heres my thoughts....
pro's:
very stylish, absolutly EVERYONE is amazed by this phone an showing them how it works is great, looks complicated but like a nokia is... its very simple.
The red button pulses differently to show if you have a message or missed call or not while the screen is in "mirror mode".
the screen is very small but easily adapted to and the screen is crisp and clear almost like HD id say.
memory is good, holding photos, video clips hundreds of txts ect.
and the wheel in the middle works in the same way the ipod does, you scroll it round on the menu and press the middle button to "select".
its the same for sending a txt message. on the screen the alphabet is displayed along the bottom, just high light the letter and select. the predictive txt works by the phone selecting the 5 most commonly used letters (hightlighted in blue)after the letter you have just selected and places them in front of the alphabet. hope that makes sence :S but it can be slower to txt than your average mobile.
There are so many more pros than cons but writing them would take all day, so here are the cons...
The screen can be difficult to view outside on a bright day but generally ok.
and the battery can run down fairly quickly especially when using the bluetooth and video recorder. and whats more the phone is UNOPENABLE, so you cant replace the battery yourself it has to be taken to a shop. oh and the sim card goes into a slot on the side incase you were wondering that.
It took me a while to find this out but if you hold the middle button long enough, it brings up numbers along the bottom of the screen to either make a one off call or to quick save a phone number. and you MUST use an e-card to top up the phone because the phone wont know your topping up will it? no, so if you get a voucher where you have to type your number in.... your screwed.
but if you can see past these cons which i found quite easy, then i would definitly recomend this product, its FUN to use and gets a conversation started with anyone.
plus its just simply a great phone to look at, not somthing you will get bored of in a hurry.

Is there a more unique and stylish phone on the market? Not to my knowledge..., 8 Jun 2009
Having bought very many of the new and stylish phones that come out which are aimed at women (for friends and relatives), I have come to the conclusion that my original choice, the rather ancient 7380, is still the best.
If you want a phone which will truly cause people's mouths to hang open, and for them to feel jealous of the mobile you are using, then I can think of no other mobile which has that ability more so than the 7380.
Let me just quickly list some of its characteristics which make it so alluring:
1) mirror screen - when on standby, the screen is a real mirror. Whereas there have been other mobiles which have copied this, none do it as well as the 7380, because of the shear surface area to volume ratio of the phone, the mirror surface is HUGE compared to the size of the phone. That, and there is the beautiful 'L'Amour' logo at the top near the earpiece in gold stencil.
2) scroll wheel - maybe its just me, but I love wheels on electrical devices like phones and MP3 players, it makes using them a breeze, and the wheel on the 7380 is superb, with a rubber grip, and very responsive
3) 4 hard buttons - no keypad, but you do get 4 hard buttons in the outer ring which make navigating the options menu of the phone a doddle
4) fiery middle button - this thing is a beaut. When the phone is in use it will be a constant fiery red, and when the phone is in standby it will fluctuate between on and off (gradually) which looks quite stunning
5) leather back - quite unique and stylish and a pleasure to hold
6) camera + flash - for such an old phone, surprisingly good quality and the flash works well
7) Accessories - metal wrist strap is very nice, charger is special as are the earphones, and metal box is a nice finishing touch
So all in all, just about everything about this phone is very fashionable and different. Yes, you do not have a keypad and sending text messages can be a pain, but you could honestly keep a cheap mobile to send messages if you were so inclined, for everything else, this phone excels in functionality and looks.
Highly recommended if you wish to stand out and turn heads!
