Bought this phone a year ago - I've had it changed, and it's broken again - it's been really unreliable. Speaker breaks, keyboard goes screwy. Horrendous. In fact after 10 years of buying Nokia, I'm going to try another brand after this experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
