This is a very good phone with many good features, it is very easy to use and I was able to adapt to it very quickly, (I previously had a Sony Ericsson). The bottom of the keys have a bar across them and some say this makes using them hard, I think these people are just being picky, there is nothing wrong with it, it just takes some getting used to. I has 1Gb of internal memory but no external memory card slot, I find this is plenty, as I have an mp3 player and therefore don't have much music on my phone, and don't use the camera very often, so I haven't filled the memory up with pictures. the camera is decent with some cool features, and a very good flash. It can sometimes be a bit grainy, but what mobile phone camera isn't.
In conclusion this is a very simple phone for those who want something that looks great and wont baffle you with extras that you don't want or need.

I have owned this phone for nearly 2 years now and haven't had a problem with it whatsoever. Would recommend it as a reliable phone to own.

I owned this phone for about 6 months and throughout the entire time it constantly crashed. Continuously having to take the battery out and resetting the phone is not practical, especially since it then took 10 minutes to load my contacts and messages etc. again, by which time it would crash AGAIN. The problem seemed to occur worst when I received voicemail - strange (I was on 3). I sent off my phone, through 3, to Nokia for 'repair' on 3 separate occasions, and on 2 occasions I even received a brand new phone and the problem still persisted! I would not recommend this phone to anyone, simply because it does not work!

Good service
I had a problem with the phone, but it was replaced and postage refunded. The replacement looks like it has been in a vice but it works fine!
