My old nokia phone was on its last legs after three years of loyal service, and so with some trepidation I started looking for a new phone. I soon settled on this Nokia phone. Not only does this phone look sleek, it does everything (and a lot more) that I want it to.
Perhaps after being a Nokia user for so long, I should say I'm impressed with the battery life of this phone. Nokia promises you 3.5 hours talk time and 350 hours standby time, and so far I can say that I have definitely have had this. I can normally talk for about 150 minutes over a five day period before my phone starts warning me to charge it up.
I don't use this phone to browse, so I can't comment on that, but it comes with a Opera browser. I'm not too bothered about the radio or camera either, but I did play around with them when I first got the phone, and the reception is clear and the pictures come out very well.
As with all Nokia phones the menu system is very intuitive and it has yet to drop a call in some areas known for their dodgy reception.
One feature that I love about this phone, is that if you miss a call or message there are two little blue lights on the side of the phone that will flash until you push your navigation key to find out what you missed.
Oh, and you can also add smileys to your text messages. You can even delete your text messages without reading them, which I think is a brilliant feature.
Other than that, this phone comes with all the basics: alarm clock, countdown timer, calendar, to-do-list, notes, calculator and games (snack, soccer and sudoku - which is a joy).
Apart from wishing that this phone was slightly smaller, I can't find a fault with it. Well, I suppose people with huge fingers might find the keypad a little small, but other than that it is a perfect phone.
