Had this phone 16 months and it has been a reliable phone until now, what has made me only give a 3 star rating is how it is made.
cheap plastic which has meant if you open it with sweat on hands it will cause a reaction with the coating and will cause painted finish around the screen to come off.
I would still recommend this phone but make them aware that you may start losing the painted surface but it did take 10 months for mine to look warn.
great signal very rarely out of signal in the country like cornwall out back or derbyshire.

You can't hear the person at the other end. I know someone else who has this phone so it's not just my phone - it's badly made. Very difficult to hear at all if you're not in a quiet room, and even then you end up with sore ears from the phone pressing up against them!
I also notice when looking for accessories and trying to exchange it, this model never features. I suspect Nokia stopped making it as it's a dud phone, but there appear to be many unsold ones out there.
Please don't get one...

I'm not a phone expert, and I'm one of these people who use the phone to just call and text people, so I'm not sure about the other functions.
As a phone, it does the job, but it does feel a bit cheap and plasticky - I was replacing a Pebl which had substantial weight and felt better made.
It has huge capacity for storing sent and received texts.
