The video is showing what you get in the box, the phone, battery, charger and handsfree which doubles up as the aerial for the FM radio.
The phone is easy to use, taking off the back case to put in my sim card and the battery was ok. The back clips on, doesn't slide or pop off like other phones I've had so doesn't feel the best when you pull it off but once the sim and battery are in it never needs to be touched again.
The menu system is classic Nokia, so if you're familiar with Nokia you should have no problems using the phone. The ringtones have been jazzed up a bit and the volume goes nice and loud so you can hear it. The colour screen is clear and I found the text large enough to read without squinting.
The reception is good and the battery life is good as well, about 5-6 days between charges and that's with a few calls a day and texts. Good little torch on the top, nothing amazing but ok.
The only downside and was mentioned in another review, the buttons are shiny plastic and you can sometimes hit the wrong button when texting, not a big problem if you only send the odd text, would be annoying if you sent lots. When making calls I use the phonebook on the mobile so its not a problem.
If it wasn't for the buttons it would of been rated as 5 instead of 4.
Extra added 2 weeks after initial review- The top left button on the keypad is very sensitive, when writing a text, if you make a mistake and need to delete one character it can often delete the whole message as if the button has been pressed twice! Don't send many texts but is annoying. If you want to send texts choose another phone, but if you just want to make and receive calls it works fine. Have downgraded the review stars to 3 because of this.
