This is an appalling product. The relaxation instructions are fine, however it is difficult to remain in that state while some-one reads the contents of a phrase-book at you. Definitely would not recommend this.

I am useless at learning languages - laziness I suppose. I bought this 'Nod off' package with not much hope and I have to say it is working - my partner is fluent in French and says I'm definitely picking up the language. It's like listening to an audiobook when you've work to do in the house and haven't got the time to sit down and read - you find yourself absorbing the message without really slogging away at it. Ideal for all us lazy gits and I suppose the swots alao.

This is a fantastic way to learn a new language or for a beginner to gain confidence. I have tried a few in the series and found them most beneficial. Give it a try.
