I Loved this book! I have read of all Clare's books and she is witty, wise and her characters are great. But above all, she's brilliant at dialogue. If you haven't tried her, do. She's great and I'd put her on par with Cecelia Ahern, Marian Keyes, Sarah Webb, Cathy Kelly and Sheila O'Flanagan. Oh and Sinead Moriarty who's also a great Irish writer.

I really liked this book, it was charming, funny and a relaxing read. The author is witty and her characters are great, she has really nailed down the different types of love there is, showing the up and down side, both from the male and female perspective. I especially loved the character Lenny, who spoke his mind honestly reguardless of what people, mainly Judy thought of him. All in all a good read with a nice happy ending.

Judy is about to complete her own fairy tale romance by marrying Barry, whom she has known since childhood...or so she thinks. When Barry disappears on their wedding day, Judy is devastated. After the initial shock, Judy decides to pick herself up and live her life in the moment, including finding the perfect relationship...one with no strings attached.

This is a cute, typical Irish chick lit book, complete with the eccentric family, close knit group of girlfriends, and everyday girl type of heroine. A great read; I definitely plan to look up more of Clare Dowling's work!
