Thanks to the absolute wonder-workings of remix artists like Colle and Clivilles, "No More Games" became far more than an ordinary, 'we've run out of ideas' remix album. I remember purchasing the cassette in 1990, and being enthralled by the dance creations of fairly run-of-the-mill pop songs. The album is a dance lover's delight, and is reminiscent of most dance material from the early 90's - think Shep Pettibone, think Rapino, think Gareth Jones. The most mind-blowing remixes include "Call It What You Want", "Step by Step", "You Got It (The Right Stuff)" and "What'cha Gonna Do About It". Difficult to come by on CD nowadays, it's best to arrange a copy through 2nd-hand dealers. I think the time has come for Columbia to remaster, re-package and re-release this NKOTB gem.
